Gold for West Wales

Well done Ceri James from Penlan table tennis club on winning a gold at the recent Welsh Championships in Cardiff. Ceri partnered with Daniel O'Connell won the Mens doubles championships beating Conar Edwards and Alex Prosser in the final. Also a huge congratulations to Alison Cundy on winning a silver medal in the Womens Veterans competition.

Other Results

• Lee Morgan of Penlan reached the semi final of under 21s losing out to Conar Edwards. Lee also lost in the Quarters to Lewis Williams in the Junior Boys.
• Dean Cundy of Penlan lost out in the Semi finals of the Mens to Daniel O'Connell. Dean Cundy also partnered up with Claire Flanagan to win a silver medal in the Mixed Doubles.
• Aled Howell of Llanelli lost of in the Quarters to Conar Edwards.
• Thomas Heydon of Mumbles table tennis club lost out to Callum Evans of Rhondda in the Quarters of the Cadet Boys.
