The Summer Camps have come to an end and yesterday (Thursday 25th) we held the Carmarthen Summer Camp tournament. Over the summer around 50 kids from all over West Wales have made there way to Carmarthen for the 4 hour long training sessions. Some new players and experienced players had the chance to train with each other and gain the opportunity of receiving some tips off experienced coaches from around West Wales. A big thank you goes to Dennis Bromage, Joe Morris, Judith Whitton, David Short, Jason Peckham, Sharlene Williams, Dave Treharn and Roy Towell. In the tournament it was clear to see the improvement in a number of the kids game. Its been a great Summer and now hopefully all the kids are ready to start the season with a bang.

The Summer tournament was a round robin between all the players. The overall results had to go on count back with Marc Castro, Lawrence John and Paul Joules only losing the one match. Due to count back the overall winner was Paul Joules of Carmarthen Club.
