This weeks Premier Division saw Penyrheol ‘A’ narrowly defeat Carmarthen ‘B’ 20-18, the match was settled when Paul Booth won the last game 3-2 which gave him match figures of 9-3.
Leaders Penlan ‘D’ beat Penlan ‘B’ 28-7 with Lee Morgan winning 9-0 and Dean Cundy 9-2.
Second place Penlan ‘A’ defeated bottom side Penlan ‘E’ 27-4 with Paul Karabadak and Ceri James both winning 9-0. Third place Penlan ‘C’ beat Carmarthen ‘C’ 22-17 thanks to Martin Gunn winning 9-0. Ammanford ‘A’ defeated Carmarthen ‘A’ 29-7 with Mike Rees winning
9-0 and Colin Rees 9-4.
First Division leaders Ammanford ‘B’ beat Port Talbot ‘B’ 25-15 with Syd Bryce winning 9-0.
Carmarthen ‘D’ defeated Penlan ‘F’ 26-8, Martyn Fenner winning 9-0. Cam/Cabin ‘B’ beat Penyrheol ‘B’ 27-9 with Gareth Evans winning 9-1 and Martin Evans 9-4. Cam/Cabin ‘A’ secured a narrow 20-17 victory over Llanelli thanks to Doug Smith winning 9-1.
Division Two has new leaders in the form of Carmarthen ‘E’ after they recorded two narrow victories, first they beat Port Talbot ‘B’ 20-18 thanks to Andrew Joules and Simon Packer who both won 7-4, Carmarthen ‘E’ then narrowly defeated Penlan ‘L’ 20-19, the match was decided when Andrew Joules and Simon Packer won the doubles 3-2 taking the last game to deuce, Andrew Joules having match figures of 9-1. In another close match Port Talbot ‘B’ defeated Jerusalem Baptist Church 19-18, the match being decided when David Henry and Carl Miles won the doubles 3-2. Penlan ‘L’ beat Jerusalem Baptist Church 24-13 with Stephen Coope winning
9-0. Penlan ‘K’ secured a narrow 22-19 victory over Dillwyn Llewelyn ‘B’, again the match was decided when John Davies and Liam Ford won the doubles 3-2, John Davies winning 9-4.
In Division Three Penlan ‘N’ moved to the top of the table after defeating Carmarthen ‘G’ 30-3. Ty Gwyn beat Penyrheol ‘D’ 25-10 with Selim Aiden and Arun Rai both winning 9-1. Ty Gwyn also defeated Penlan ‘N 22-14 with Arun Rai winning 9-2. Penyrheol ‘D’ defeated Friends of the Young Disabled ‘B’ 24-16 with Josh Davies winning 8-5 and Gerald King 7-4. Port Talbot ‘C’ beat Friends of the Young Disabled ‘C’ 22-19 thanks to Joe Kirby winning 9-3 and Johnny Evans 9-4. Penlan ‘M’ beat Friends of the Young Disabled ‘C’ 23-13 with Peter Langley winning 9-0.
