The first beginner/year 7 tournament at the Greenhouse Super Series turned out to be a huge success with players entering from Cathays, Carmarthen, Pontypridd, Tonypandy, Tonyrefail and Whitchurch. Today proved how much talent there is in Wales and what we can look forward to in the future.
In the top group was Ben Evans (Tonyrefail) who beat Connor Priest (Pontypridd) in a fantastic 3-1 battle with lots of rallies and exciting shots for the spectators. Alisdair Weir and Huw Standen also did extremely well to make the top group and finished 3rd and 4th respectively.
