Lara
Whitton came through a hard-fought five-set match against Jamie Lee Harley to
secure the Cadet Girls crown at the Cardiff Junior Open Championships held at
the St.Mellons Community Education Centre on Saturday.
Lara beat
Bethany Brewer 3-1 in the semi finals of Cadet Girls whilst Jamie Lee beat
Lauren Stacey 3-2 in the other Semi Final.
Other
competitors from West Wales taking part in the tournament were Grace Clement,
Marc Castro and Tommy Heydon.
